Can I wear this bracelet or mala necklace all day, every day?

Yes, the energy in these crystals are safe to wear all day and all night.

However, to get the most out of wearing these crystals, we recommend wearing one to balance the chakra that requires it. You can also wear 2 or 3 crystal bracelets together; it’s totally up to you.

We are living, breathing creatures; and our moods, energies, and emotions are in constant flux! And so, the crystals you put on in the morning might not be the one you’ll want to wear in the evening! So feel into your feelings and change up your crystals.
